Should work with the e ink system but with a windows layout instead of a mac layout. I use eight rows instead of six on custom keyboards due to using a roman layout of characters so when I am working in multiple keysets the keys are there I just have to remember where they are. If I can get a sonder with 161 keys in the layout the E ink might work better than the winbond oled I am using now. To get windows to recognize it I simply told windows that to use romi and once windows was loaded told windows to treat the keyboard as a unicode and only sent the unicode characters. This causes issues with old programs that are not unicode but still in askii, maybe you will find a better way the layout is much faster and allows for chatting without having two or three keyboards plugin in virtual or physical.
